I love a highly legible and classic clean look. With that goal in mind I set out to achieve a high contrast build using a white Marine Master dial. There is no higher contrast than black and white but without a subtle third colour you would be left wanting.
Red accents found on the seconds hand, chapter ring, bezel insert, and signed crown come together to make a cohesive design. This red theme is also present in the double dome crystal with its red anti-reflective coating. It gives off a subtle red tint when it catches the light at just the right angle. It’s not obtrusive, but rather a nice surprise and an extra dimension that rounds off the red accent theme.
I decided against the classic SKX case design and opted for a no-crown-guard case. This adds to the clean look and the 4 o’clock position provides a more comfortable wearing experience.
The colour combination lends itself well to any polished stainless steel bracelette, a dark brown leather strap, or a wide range of NATO strap options.

Mate mind if I ask where you sourced the dial? Been keeping an eye for one but struggling to find anything without a logo from the maker in it. Killer minimalist mod with just enough to let the watch do it’s job daily. Also really nice to not see another stealth blackout for a change

Hi Clinton. I got it from Watch & Style. You can find it here: https://watchandstyle.net/collections/dial/products/mm300-style-white-dial
